Boston Herald Announces Principal Street’s New Chief Investment Officer of Municipal Bond Strategies

The Boston Herald recently announced that seasoned industry veteran Troy Willis, J.D., CFA , former co-head of the OppenheimerFunds Rochester Municipal Bond Team for nearly two decades, has formally joined Principal Street Partners to act as the firm’s Chief Investment Officer of Municipal Bond Strategies.

As reported in the Boston Herald, Principal Street Partners has numerous fixed income strategies, including High Income Municipal Bond, Short Duration Municipal Bond and Distressed Municipal Bond. In his new role, Willis will utilize his experience to collaborate on investment implementation and research for all of the firm’s strategies, while also acting as the chair for the Principal Street Partners investment committee.
