Yahoo Finance recently announced that Troy Willis, J.D., CFA has joined Principal Street Partners as the firm’s new Chief Investment Officer of Municipal Strategies. Willis is a season industry veteran who brings more than 20 years of municipal bond market experience to the firm.
Before joining Principal Street Partners, Willis served as co-head of the OppenheimerFunds Rochester Municipal Bond Team. In that position, he managed $26B in assets and delivered top decile weighted average performance with his team. In his new role, Willis will collaborate on research and investment implementation for all three of Principal Street Partners’ fixed income strategies while also serving as chair for the Principal Street investment committee.
